Anti-Spam Crusader, David Ritz, Fined $60,000+
Spammers all over the world rejoiced today as David Ritz, one of the top anti-spam campaigners was fined $60,000 plus lawyer’s fees after losing a suit that called him a hacker.
The plaintiff, Jerry Reynolds, alleged former spammer. Reynolds is the owner of Sierra Corporate Design, a business he operates from North Dakota.
